Are you a morning person or do you feel a bit grumpy when you wake up?

I strongly believe that starting your morning with a routine or goal can be incredibly beneficial.
Starting the day with simple tasks like making your bed, light stretching, or meditating/praying can be very beneficial. Watching the news, however, may not be the most positive start of the day as the nature of the news is often negative.
In the morning, I like to reflect on how great life is. I am grateful that I am not the person who lost a family member today, or who received news of a cancer diagnosis or who is not in a war zone and so on….
Although there are challenges, they can be viewed as valuable lessons that we can learn from and use to grow.
I have heard this idea of realistic optimism and I like it but you might think why am I saying this in regards to how to become and stay strong.
Well, it all starts with idea and right mindset.
Realistic optimism is a mindset that involves having a positive outlook on life, while also acknowledging and accepting the challenges and obstacles that come with it.
It is essentially about having hope for the future and being optimistic, while also being grounded in reality and recognizing that things may not always go as planned and that’s not the reason to give up.
One of the key benefits of having a realistic optimistic mindset is that it can help us to develop a greater sense of gratitude and appreciation for the good things in life.
By recognizing and accepting the challenges that come with life, we are better able to focus on the positive aspects of our experiences, which can lead to greater happiness, fulfillment, and overall wellbeing.
Use your imagination and just realistically imagine how you would feel if you became the person you always wanted to be – healthier, happier, stronger, with better lifestyle habits and discipline. It feels good, doesn’t it?
But now, know that you are that person and start making little changes to your routine starting from today. Begin your morning with the right mindset. I’m sure there are many reasons you can think of to look forward to every day, but adopting a morning routine is the first step in any journey.
Whether you want to become stronger, lose fat, improve your balance, or correct your posture, it takes time and discipline. Having the right mindset is essential every day.
There will be times when we cannot control our circumstances, so knowing your goal and believing in the process is necessary to achieve consistent results.
Even if we slip up and stop eating clean or skip a few days of training, we should still keep the big picture in mind and not give up.
When it comes to achieving our goals, we often focus too much on the end result, rather than enjoying the process of getting there. We believe that if we could just reach that end goal, then we will finally be happy and fulfilled.
However, this mindset can often leave us feeling unfulfilled and unsatisfied even when we do reach our goal.
The truth is, the best results and conscious activation of dopamine come from doing the right things for the pleasure of making the effort, without worrying about the end result.
This is not to say that we shouldn’t have goals or work towards them, but rather that we should focus on the journey and enjoy the process of getting there.
By focusing on the journey, we give ourselves the opportunity to learn, grow, and experience new things. We may even discover new passions or interests that we never knew we had.
Additionally, when we enjoy the process, we are more likely to stick with it and remain consistent in our efforts, leading to better results in the long run.
When we apply scientific principles to our efforts, we can ensure that we are making the most of our time and energy. This means breaking down our goals into smaller, more manageable tasks, setting realistic timelines, and tracking our progress along the way. By doing so, we can avoid burnout and stay motivated, which will ultimately lead to greater success.
